So to encourage creativity and video meme awesomeness he has decided to promote video material fit for creating new video memes. First up is the new live action Dragon Ball Z web series called DRAGON BALL Z: LIGHT OF HOPE. This pilot episode is the first in a long line of episodes (hopefully) that aims to faithfully recreate some of the major story arcs of the Dragon Ball Z cartoons with live action visuals.
