Fitness is a core part of world culture these days, but years of shitty eating habits, lack of real fitness being taught in the schools and home, lack of discipline, and too many misconceptions about even the basics of fitness and nutrition...have led many people down the road of poor health. This is mentally and emotionally as well as physically. Obesity is running rampant and it seems as if folks shun hard work these days, the result is less people being fit, but all are willing to shell out plenty money for quick weight loss schemes that almost always guarantee either success in a pill, through some sort of surgery, or other another nondescript form of lose weight/get fit quick scheme (*cough* belly wraps, ab belts *cough*) to reach fitness goals other than doing any actual real work!
THERE IS NO QUICK WAY AROUND BEING FIT AND LIVING HEALTHY! IT COMES WITH HARD WORK, PATIENCE, AND DISCIPLINE! IT IS A LIFESTYLE CHOICE!
